I am currently creating a live performance for the second Bristol Hum festival, taking place at the Surrey Vaults, Bristol, on the weekend of the 15-17th September 2017.

I am taking the two versions of this audio track, a Site Singing live work recorded during The Stage (Working Title) at The Arnolfini in March 2017, as a starting point. They are treated versions of one of the live recordings from the scratch performances of 'The Barrow', inspired by my Site Singing field trips to long barrows in the region. These tracks will form the inspiration of a new, immersive performance for the Hum. I will again be working with singer Leila Gamaz.

During The Stage, I worked in front of a roving public audience with singers Chloé Turpin and Leila Gamaz, in a space full of modular theatrical 'elements' which could be moved and re-formed during live improvised vocal performances.
